Chasm Loop Trail and Little Purgatory Trail

The Chasm Loop Trail is the trail that goes through the chasm and circles back around ontop of the left walls of the chasm. There are many landmarks on this trail including Fat Man's Misery, Devil's Coffin, Devil's Pulpit, Lover's Leap and Devil's Corncrib.

Fat Man's Misery

The Little Purgatory trail leads off the chasm and goes to Little Purgatory, a smaller chasm, and purgatory brook, a small stream that runs through the back of the park. Here there is more glacial evidence and we see the first abrasion by water here.
